PHESGO combines PERJETA® (pertuzumab) and trastuzumab, two monoclonal antibodies, with recombinant human hyaluronidase1
In preclinical models, PERJETA targeted a different subdomain on the HER2 receptor than trastuzumab, to block dimerization with HER1, HER3, and HER4 receptors and provide a dual blockade of HER2-driven signaling pathways.1-3
Hyaluronidase allows subcutaneous delivery of higher drug volumes. Hyaluronidase is an endoglycosidase used to increase dispersion and absorption of co-administered drugs when administered subcutaneously.1
